For most apartments in German big cities the base rent is legally limited.
As a tenant you can have your rent lowered during the tenancy. Has your tenancy been running for less than 30 months? Then we can not only lower the rent for the future but also claim back overpaid rent for you.
Fair terms: Unlike other providers we do not only reduce your future rent. You also receive the majority of the overpaid cold rent paid up to the reduction back. Our transparent fair formula is "38%MAX": Of the cold rent reclaimed from the landlord we keep only 38% (incl. VAT) as a success fee. Because it's your rent. If we fail, you bear no cost risk.
If you unexpectedly find a cheaper rent-reduction offer with a lower success fee from another authorised legal service provider within 2 weeks after signing with us, you will only pay the lower fee.
Legal insurance: As an alternative to a success fee we can handle your case via your legal expenses insurance. If your insurer agrees to cover costs, our partner lawyers will complete the case — you won't owe a success fee. Again, you bear no risk.
No stress: We take care of all communication with your landlord. In many cases landlords agree to a rent reduction quickly when they hear from us.
